The Minister of Education, Science, Technology and Innovation, Arbërie Nagavci, visited the Municipality of Northern Mitrovica today, where she met the mayor, Erden Atiq, with whom they discussed projects in the field of education and the many needs that this municipality has neglected for many years.
Minister Nagavci, together with the mayor Atiq and deputy Arjeta Fejza, visited the “Aziz Sylejmani” Lower Secondary School in the miners hill neighborhood in Mitrovica.
They talked with students, teachers and school management about the new school year and the conditions for teaching and learning.
Minister Nagavci expressed her willingness to support the demands and needs of students and teachers, so that they do not lack the necessary conditions for the development of learning.
This school was in a serious infrastructural condition, for which Minister Nagavci together with the mayor discussed the need to fix it as soon as possible.
