The Minister of Education, Science, Technology and Innovation, Arbërie Nagavci, has visited the National Qualifications Authority (NQA), the institution responsible for the construction and maintenance of the National Qualifications Framework.
On this occasion, Minister Nagavci talked with Acting Director, Arbër Salihu, as well as NQA officials.
Minister Nagavci said that she has always followed the work of NQA where important results have been achieved, but problems and challenges have also been identified that are mainly related to the limited spaces in the facility and the small number of officials.
During this conversation, Nagavci emphasized the role and importance of the Agency and said that the Government’s goal is to strengthen the Vocational Education and Training system, with a focus on connecting VET with the needs of the labor market.
Among other things, Minister Nagavci encouraged the officials to be involved in the steps towards the advancement of the VET system because only through joint contribution and commitment can we build a better future for our youth.
