The Minister of Education, Science, Technology and Innovation, Arbërie Nagavci participated in the promotion ceremony of the encyclopedic dictionary of the author Hajrullah Koliqi, on which occasion she said that this is an important day for education in Kosova and for the field of education as a whole.
Minister Nagavci congratulated Professor Koliqi for the extraordinary work he has done in drafting this dictionary and thanked him for such a valuable contribution to the field of education and education as a whole.
She emphasized that education is the basic pillar of the advancement of society and the best guarantee for the development of the country.
“In this period full of rapid changes, even education must keep pace with the times”, she said, adding that such a dictionary has historical value for the development of education in our country.
Among other things, the minister said that this publication is the result of two decades of scientific research by the esteemed professor and is also the result of forty years of professional career, which he has dedicated to the history and practice of education.
“The dictionary is dedicated to a wide range of readers, since it is conceived as an important resource for education and education experts, but also for teachers and parents, and all those who want to learn more about this field”, said Minister Nagavci.
The encyclopedic dictionary with two complete volumes was published by the Faculty of Education (UP), supported by MESTI.
