Prime Minister Kurti and Minister Nagavci visited the works at two educational facilities under construction in Pristina

The acting Prime Minister of the Republic of Kosovo, Albin Kurti, together with the acting Minister of Education, Science, Technology and Innovation, Arbërie Nagavci, visited today two of the educational projects being implemented in the capital, the new school under construction in the “Prishtina e Re” neighborhood and the new kindergarten in the Medresese neighborhood.

In the “New Prishtina” neighborhood, near the American neighborhood, a new modern school with a capacity for 800 students is being built. This project, with an area of ​​6,430 m², is an investment of MESTI worth 3,323,232.32 euros, and is expected to be completed within 36 months, with works having started in January of this year.

This school will offer advanced conditions for teaching and learning, with modern equipment, suitable environments and an infrastructure that meets modern public education standards.

During the visit, Prime Minister Kurti and Minister Nagavci also inspected the works on the new kindergarten under construction near the Madrasa. The project is an investment of MESTI worth 743,347.74 euros, with an area of ​​1,550 m² and a capacity of 120 children. The works are expected to be completed by October 2025.

Minister Nagavci emphasized that these projects are evidence of institutional commitment to increasing access and quality in public education, starting from preschool education to primary and secondary education.
