The Ministry of Education, Science, Technology and Innovation announces that the call for registration of early childhood education institutions in the Voucher Program has been opened. This time, the call includes all municipalities of the Republic of Kosovo, where licensed private and public-private institutions operate.
The Voucher Program, which will be implemented until June 2028, aims to support families registered in the Social Assistance Scheme, through reimbursement of institutions that provide education and transportation for children.
MESTI announces that the amount of reimbursement for a child’s education will be determined by the market price and the respective municipality, up to 150 euros per month per child.
The transportation fee will be covered only for institutions that provide this service, while the amount will be determined by the Application Evaluation Committee, depending on the municipality and road distance.
Institutions participating in the pilot in the municipalities of Prishtina, Gjilan and Lipjan can also apply to this call.

We invite all early childhood education institutions to apply for registration in the program. After their registration, the application process for children will also be opened.
