The Minister of Education, Science, Technology and Innovation, Arbërie Nagavci, hosted the Austrian ambassador to Kosova, Georg Schnetzer, and the president of the Federation of Austrian Industry, Georg Knill.
The topic of conversation in this meeting was the bilateral relations in the field of education between the two countries, the integration of Kosova in the EU, the policies of Kosova in the field of professional education and other opportunities for cooperation between Kosova and Austria.
On this occasion, Minister Nagavci thanked the Austrian government for the close cooperation and continuous assistance it has given in the development of education in Kosova, with special emphasis on education and professional training, while she expressed her willingness to increase the intensity of cooperation in the future. through the implementation of various projects.
Minister Nagavci said that vocational education and training are a key priority of this government, while she emphasized that the connection between education and the labor market is vital in terms of the country’s economic development.
On the other hand, the ambassador of Austria in Kosovo, Georg Schnetzer and the president of the Federation of Austrian Industry, Georg Knill, welcomed the willingness of Minister Nagavci to continue the interstate cooperation in the development of education in Kosova.
