The Minister of Education, Science, Technology and Innovation, Arbërie Nagavci, together with the Deputy Minister, Taulant Kelmendi and other members of the Cabinet visited the University “Kadri Zeka” in Gjilan, where they were received by the rector, Artan Dermaku, vice-rectors and professors of the University..
On this occasion, Minister Nagavci spoke about the general developments in this University, performance, accountability and quality, as processes which aim to improve each time.
Nagavci expressed her full support for the realization of any request, which is related to the increase of the University’s standards and performance, both in financial terms and important processes, which aim at the further development of the institution.
Among the topics of discussion was the profiling of universities, for which the Minister said that it will be continuously checked whether the programs offered by regional public universities are in harmony with the demands of the labor market.
The rector of the Univerisity “Kadri Zeka” in Gjilan, Artan Dermaku, thanked Minister Nagavci for the visit and the support offered, while he spoke about the importance of profiling, also mentioning models from different European countries, bbut which he said should be adapted to the conditions and requirements of the market in Kosova.
