The Minister of Education, Science, Technology and Innovation, Arbërie Nagavci, met with the management of the secondary school “Sezai Surroi” in Bujanoc, with whom she talked about the possibilities of establishing cooperation regarding the professional development of teachers, as well as the exchange of students and teachers, with the aim of getting to know the culture and creating friendly relations between students and teachers from both countries.
On this occasion, Minister Arbërie Nagavci said that the Ministry of Education, through the policies of the Government of Kosova for the support of Albanians who live in the Presheva Valley, during the last two years has provided free textbooks for Albanian students there.
Minister Nagavci said that there will never be a lack of will to meet the demands of Albanian students and teachers, as far as the Ministry is responsible, but also to create opportunities for contact and cooperation with the municipalities, which have full and exclusive powers in the organization of pre-university education.
The principal of the secondary school “Sezai Surroi” in Bujanoc, Admir Nazifi, together with other representatives of the school, thanked the minister for the reception and the opportunity that their requests are addressed where they should be.
