Minister of Education, Science and Technology, Mr. Arsim Bajrami attended the graduation ceremony of the first generation of the University “Fehmi Agani” in Gjakova.
On this occasion, Minister Bajrami said that, this is a coronation day of a successful work of the first generation, that shows how reasonable was the establishment of this university, which bears the name of one of the giants of Albanian education, one of the architects of state-building and of the independence of Kosova, academic Fehmi Agani.
“This generation that we are promoting today, will be a huge boost for the students, so that the University of Gjakova to be a modern university, which provides high quality standards, which enables that students not only to graduate, but also be employed, that tomorrow become leaders of the future”, said the Minister.
Further, Minister Bajrami emphasized that we are working with all public universities, that they have identity and meet needs of community, region and of Kosova in general with attractive study programs, for which they need.
The University “Fehmi Agani” in Gjakova was established in the academic year 2013/2014, while today has awarded diplomas for 24 graduate students of the first generation of the Faculty of Medicine, direction of nursing, simultaneously, awarded gratitude for the scholarship students of the Faculty of Education, Faculty of Philology and of Medicine.
