The Ministry of Education, Science, Technology and Innovation (MESTI) has opened a call for small, creative and innovative projects in the field of Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics and Architecture (STEM).
This initiative aims to encourage young students to develop original, viable ideas with a positive impact on society and the environment.
The call is open to current Bachelor’s level students in STEM faculties, who are invited to apply in teams of 3 to 5 members, with a mixed composition of girls and boys.
Projects must be original, creative and feasible, addressing an existing problem in society or the environment.
Each project must be presented at least in model scale and described through a poster (maximum 1 A0 page) and a 3–5 minute video explaining the idea and innovative solution.
Prizes for the winners:
First place – 1000 euros
Second place – 750 euros
Third place – 500 euros
The winners will also have the opportunity to:
Present their projects at the STEMinists 2025 Conference;
Receive Certificates from MESTI;
Be promoted on the official websites and social networks of the ministry.

The application deadline is open from 8.10.2025 to 5.11.2025.
