The Ministry of Education, Science, Technology and Innovation (MESTI) announces to all Kosovar students pursuing doctoral studies at the 500 best universities in the world according to the “Shanghai” list for the academic year 2025/2026, that the call for financial support in the annual amount of 8,500.00 euros has been opened.
The call is open from today, September 29, 2025 until October 17, 2025, at 16:00. The application must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked “Application for financial support for doctoral studies” to the address Str. “Agim Ramadani”, at MESTI – archive office no. 4.
The decision on the beneficiaries will be published on the official website of MESTI.
