The Ministry of Education, Science, Technology and Innovation (MESTI) announces that, in order to achieve the best possible results and select the most appropriate textbooks, on July 1 of this year, has sent to the Municipal Education Directorates the catalog of textbooks for grades 1-5 for the 2025/2026 school year, as well as the links to the winning textbooks from publishing houses for teachers.
According to the legislation in force, teachers (professional assets) must select the textbooks they want to work with during the next school year only from the catalog approved by MESTI.
This process is being monitored by MESTI. We expect teachers to evaluate and select the most appropriate textbooks.
The deadline for submitting the catalog to MESTI is July 15th.
