Minister of Education, Science and Technology, Shyqiri Bytyqi participated in the ceremony of signing the agreement for the use of the Business Incubator in Bërnica, which was signed between the Ministry of Trade and Industry and the Association for Information and Communication Technology of Kosova (AICTK).
Minister Bytyqi emphasized in his speech that the signing of today’s agreement is a new moment of cooperation between the public and the private sector in advancing entrepreneurship and economic development in the country.
Minister Bytyqi after congratulating MTI and AICTK for this joint venture, stressed that the Business Incubator is a very important institution for the Ministry of Education, especially regarding the development of the capacities of our universities in building and putting the innovative ideas in the market.
“AICTK and this incubator should provide such development bases that enable new initiatives from universities, professors and students’ associations, as well as research centers to find a professional support point for development and market access”, said Minister Bytyqi.
Among other things, Minister Bytyqi said that MEST is very interested in the progress of the work of this Incubator, because he considers that through it will be achieved new ideas, which will have an open door for moving forward.
At the signing ceremony of the agreement was also present the Deputy Prime Minister, Fatmir Limaj, Minister of Trade and Industry Bajram Hasani, Minister of Economic Development, Valmir Lluka and Vjollca Çavolli, executive director of AICTK.
