The Ministry of Education, Science, Technology and Innovation, based on its competencies, is obliged to ensure compliance with the legislation in force. In this regard, due to violations of legal provisions during the selection process, we have cancelled the decision on the appointment of the Director of the Albanological Institute of Kosovo.

The Governing Council is obliged, without delay, to undertake all necessary actions for the appointment of an Acting Director and the announcement of the competition.

As the Ministry of Education, we remain committed to respecting the legislation and the principle of meritocracy.

All violations addressed in this decision are serious and, for this reason, will be further processed in the competent bodies.
