The acting Minister of Education, Science, Technology and Innovation, Arbërie Nagavci, participated in the workshop with the Education Inspectorate, the Department of Pre-University Education and the Legal Department, a strategic and professional activity for the Kosovo education system.
Minister Nagavci emphasized that education is a complex system that functions best when its links are synchronized and support each other. She added that cooperation between inspectors, pedagogical departments and the legal department is essential to ensure a fair, effective and quality-oriented education system, transparency and institutional accountability.
Nagavci underlined the importance of legal clarity and enforceability of guidelines and regulations, harmonized with educational laws and policies. This provides support for the work of inspectors and schools, guarantees accountability and prevents different interpretations that may influence decision-making.
She called for cooperation between MESTI structures not to remain an isolated activity, but to create permanent institutional practices. Strengthening communication, developing practical guidelines and creating consultation mechanisms are key elements for facing challenges and increasing professionalism and efficiency in the service of education.
Finally, Nagavci reiterated MESTI’s commitment to supporting any initiative that improves the quality, clarity and effectiveness of legislation and practices in Kosovo’s education.
