The Acting Minister of Education, Science, Technology and Innovation, Arbërie Nagavci, participated in the ceremony of the functionalization of the Faculty of Applied Sciences, as well as for the first time in the accreditation of the Engineering Computer Science (BSc) program at the “Fehmi Agani” University in Gjakova.

On this occasion, Minister Nagavci congratulated the academic staff and students on this important achievement, emphasizing that the functionalization of the Faculty of Applied Sciences and the accreditation of the new program in the field of technology are important steps in the development of higher education in Kosovo.

“Investing in new and innovative programs that respond to the demands of the labor market is our priority and one of the main mechanisms for preparing new generations with the right knowledge and skills for the future,” emphasized Minister Nagavci.

She added that the Ministry of Education will continue to support public universities in the functionalization of study programs that contribute to the economic and social development of the country and to increasing the quality of higher education.
