Minister Nagavci: New officials will bring new spirit and commitment to the work of the Ministry

The acting Minister of Education, Science, Technology and Innovation, Arbërie Nagavci, hosted today the new officials of the Ministry, with whom she shared encouraging messages for commitment, responsibility and professionalism in fulfilling institutional duties. The meeting was also attended by the Secretary General of MESTI, Fadile Dyla, who congratulated the new staff on starting their duties and encouraged them for cooperation and transparency in their daily work.

In her speech, Minister Nagavci expressed full confidence in the skills and experience of the new officials, emphasizing that each of them will make a significant contribution to improving the work of the Ministry and the education system in general. She emphasized the importance of institutional responsibility and cooperation between different units to achieve common objectives, emphasizing that she expects maximum commitment from each member of the new staff.

The Minister emphasized that during the past year, the Ministry has faced challenging situations due to the lack of resources, but that the commitment and energy of the new staff will bring new ideas and innovative approaches to institutional work. She assessed that the previous experience, level of education and creativity of the new officials will contribute to increasing the efficiency and quality of work in the Ministry.
