The Ministry of Education, Science, Technology and Innovation has published the decision to award scholarships to doctoral students in the world’s top 500 universities, according to the Shanghai Ranking for the academic year 2025/2026.

Selected students will receive financial support in the amount of 8,500 euros. The scholarship beneficiaries for this academic year are 53 students.

Students dissatisfied with the decision may file an appeal within 7 days from the date of publication of the decision. The appeal must be submitted to the Commission for Complaints of Public Servants and Other Complaints at MESTI.
