The acting Minister of Education, Science, Technology and Innovation, Arbërie Nagavci, has signed the decision to award scholarships to Bachelor’s level students studying at the world’s top 100 universities.

Based on the decision, 24 students have been selected as beneficiaries of scholarships for Bachelor’s studies, top 100 universities ranked according to Times Higher Education 2025. Each student will be awarded an annual scholarship of 5,000 euros, as support for academic and living expenses.

This scholarship scheme creates exceptional opportunities for study at renowned international institutions and for the development of young people’s professional careers.
