Acting Prime Minister Kurti and Acting Minister Nagavci inaugurated the nursery in Koretin, Kamenica

The Acting Prime Minister of the Republic of Kosovo, Albin Kurti, and the Acting Minister of Education, Science, Technology and Innovation, Arbërie Nagavci, inaugurated today the new nursery in the village of Koretin, Kamenica municipality, together with the mayor, Kadri Rrahimaj.

The new nursery is an investment of MESTI worth 741,013.95 euros, with a capacity for 120 children, while 52,000.00 euros have been invested in its equipment alone.

This project offers modern conditions for the education and care of children, significantly improving access to early education in this municipality.

In her speech, Minister Nagavci said that she always feels pleasure to be close to the educational community of Kamenica.

“If we want to build a better future, we must start with today’s children. Every stone laid in an educational institution is a foundation stone for a fairer, more equal and more developed society. Education is the most powerful weapon we have to change the world and we are using it responsibly and with dedication,” said Minister Nagavci.

Meanwhile, Prime Minister Kurti emphasized that this investment is proof of the Government’s commitment to expanding access to early education and creating the best possible conditions for children and parents in all municipalities of the country.

The inauguration was also attended by educational staff, parents and residents of the village of Koretin, who welcomed this important investment for the local community.
