Acting Minister of Education, Science, Technology and Innovation, Arbërie Nagavci, and acting Deputy Minister, Taulant Kelmendi, participated in the third conference of the Dukagjini Regional Economic Forum, where she emphasized the key role of the Triple Helix model in the modern development of the country.

In her speech to the participants, Minister Nagavci stated that FERD has now consolidated itself as an important platform for debate and a space where ideas, policies and development visions meet.

She praised “Haxhi Zeka” University as an example of success in linking higher education with innovation and the economy, emphasizing that synergy between universities, public institutions and the private sector is essential for a competitive and sustainable economy.

Finally, the minister reiterated MESTI’s commitment to quality, digitalization, connection with the labor market and the development of scientific research, emphasizing that the ministry remains an active partner in this process.

This forum brought together representatives of central and local institutions, professors, researchers, representatives of the private sector, as well as guests from Albania and the region.
