The Minister of Education, Science, Technology and Innovation, Arbërie Nagavci, hosted today the ambassador of Sweden in Kosova, Jonas Westerlund, with colleagues accompanied by the winners of the Superhero competition, Ana Krasniqi and Edvin Susuri.
The competition was held after the open call for the selection of a Superhero for climate issues, while the winners of the competition were selected by a professional jury with the help of Anibar and Dokufest.
Minister Nagavci, Ambassador Westerlund and the winners of the Superhero competition have talked about the possibility of cooperation in this field, so that together they can contribute to the best awareness of children about climate issues.
Minister Nagavci congratulated the winners and emphasized the importance of awareness of climate issues, especially among young people. She expressed her willingness and that of MESTI to contribute to this important initiative for the education of children not only in Kosova, but around the world.
The Embassy of Sweden will provide support for the creation of a newspaper with illustrations of superheroes who protect the environment, which will be distributed to students of 1-5 grades, as part of the environmental protection campaign.
