Minister of Education, Science and Technology, Arsim Bajrami, hosted a senior delegation from the University “James Medison” of Virginia led by, Mr. Michael Stoloff.
During this meeting was discussed the implementation of the Agreement previously signed by Minister Bajrami and representatives of this University for the mobility of students and professors and the possibilities of various joint organizations in higher education.
Minister Bajrami has informed the US delegation on the situation in higher education and possible areas of cooperation under the previously signed Agreement.
Representatives of the delegation from the University “James Medison” during the visit will meet with representatives of public universities in Kosova, representatives of civil society and various international organizations operating in Kosova.
The visit precedes the organization of the conference on higher education in Kosova, to be held in June, a conference that will be organized in honour of the visit of JMU President, Mr.John Alger.
Whereas, the representative of “James Madison” University, Michael Stoloff expressed his full readiness to provide support in certain areas and other processes in higher education.
