The Ministry of Education, Science, Technology and Innovation announces that the selection process of beneficiaries of the Voucher Program for children from families benefiting from the Social Assistance Scheme has been completed.

Within the framework of this implementation phase, 313 children have been selected to benefit from support for attending licensed private early childhood education and care institutions, including transportation coverage where the criteria are met.

The selection of beneficiaries was carried out through an automated random system, defined in the Program Guide, a process that ensures transparency and impartiality for all applicants. After the automatic selection, the Application Evaluation Committee has completed the verification of documents and data submitted for each application.

The applicant families will be notified individually through the e-Kosova platform. All applicant families will receive a notification SMS, while only the beneficiary families will receive the official voucher document in their e-Kosova account.

Families who have complaints or uncertainties regarding the decision to benefit from the Voucher Program have the right to submit them to the MESTI Appeals Commission, through the e-Kosova platform or by email to: ankesa.kuponat@rks-gov.net within the legal deadline of 15 days from the date of the initial decision.
